Buggy-Fit

bodyla­tes bug­gy — fit is your

full body work­out inclu­ding pel­vic floor — work­out in a group. You bring your child to sport in a pram or bug­gy.

Dura­ti­on: 1 hour. Get fit — stay in shape!

You will exer­ci­se with like-min­­ded mothers and kill several birds with one stone:

- Fresh air for you and your baby.

- You are inde­pen­dent of baby­sit­ters.

- Thanks to the varied trai­ning you have a lot of fun moving and a gre­at fee­ling after­wards.

- You make yours­elf (and your pel­vic floor ; -)) fit for ever­y­day life.

Spiel-Fit

With bodyla­tes spiel — fit you train your who­le body inclu­ding the pel­vic floor with a varie­ty of exer­ci­ses in a group. You can bring your child (from 3.5 years) with you to the trai­ning loca­ti­on (= play­ground). The­re it plays under super­vi­si­on while you do sports. Dura­ti­on: 1 hour.

Bring your child with you to the sport and use the time on the play­ground for your Trai­ning! Your advan­ta­ges:

- Lots of fresh air & fun for you and your child.

- Give yours­elf a litt­le time out while your child plays under orga­ni­zed super­vi­si­on.

- You will be rewar­ded with a gre­at fee­ling after the sport and streng­t­he­ned deep mus­cles.

Mami-Fit

Would you like to have an indoor trai­ning ses­si­on whe­re you can bring your child (up to the craw­ling age)? Then you are right with bodyla­tes mami — fit. With most exer­ci­ses we inclu­de your baby/child in the trai­ning.
